Practice # 16. Graphics
Instructions:
1) In a Power Point slide insert an Excel graph
2) In another slide insert a graphic made in Power Point
1.Pasos for Excel inserted graphic.
a) Open the Excel program
b) We capture information in the Data Sheet
c) Shaded entire table we created with the data and from there we create the graph
d) Click to insert ... Graphic click
e) Identify the type of graph
f) In step 4 of the screen graphics wizard choose the option to save the object in the road
To insert the chart in Power Point;
-in power point we click Insert ... Object
-Click ...
"In the window that appears choose Insert Object Create from File ...
-Click on Browse ... "We look for the graphic
created in Excel and we should have saved, click OK
2.Pasos for graphics in Power Point
a) Click Insert ...
b) click Chart ...
c) In the Data Sheet window that opens enter the data we are going to go on the chart.
d) Now we only need to format the chart (colors, textures, etc)
