After several weeks without updating, Jofre TECHNOLOGY BLOG returns to the load and as the first entry I bring the mechanism that kept me fascinated in 3 º ESO, the Antikythera Mechanism an ancient artifact created to be a machine for measuring time. It was discovered in a sunken ship in the vicinity of the Antikythera islagriega and dates from the year 87 BC
This mechanism is the oldest mechanical device has sobrevividohasta today, made of bronze en un recipiente de madera, y queha intrigado y desconcertado a los historiadores de ciencia ytecnología desde su descubrimiento. La teoría más comúnmente aceptadaes su función como una máquina u ordenador analógico diseñado paraseguir el movimiento de los cuerpos celestes.
